The method to be used forget be collecting data and information from various databases of private and government institutions. Qualitative and quantitative data will be collected from a sample population composed of the staff from the Centre for Strategic and International Studies. The questionnaires will be emailed to the participants and their responses will be inputted into a database. The responses will be compared with the findings of the literature review and the research conducted in the past by authors on the subject of cyber security and the complex tasks of the Department of Homeland Security.
